WorldSkills Museum

The WorldSkills Museum (abbreviated as WSM), located in the Yangpu Riverside area of Shanghai, is housed in the west building of the former Yong'an Warehouse. It is the first museum in the world dedicated to showcasing vocational skills. The museum is a four-story twin warehouse with no beams, built in 1921, located under the Yangpu Bridge, standing by the river. The west warehouse retains the cement pulled hair facade, and the east side of the outer wall is inlaid with silk screen glass with the same pattern. In December 2023, the conservation and renovation project of the former Yong'an Warehouse (WorldSkills Museum) was selected as the fourth "Shanghai Architectural Heritage Conservation and Utilization Demonstration Project".
