Front Desk: Before and after check-in, the front desk was crowded with many people, which was a bit chaotic, whether it was due to a group or other reasons. 4. Room Arrangement: I asked the front desk for a room with a bathtub, and the hotel met my request, but it was not a room upgrade, as some rooms of the same type have bathtubs and some do not. 5. Lobby Environment: The lobby's decoration style is much simpler than that of JW Marriott, giving the impression of an ordinary chain hotel. 6. Room Layout: The room is small, and the interior is relatively ordinary, which is somewhat disappointing. However, the hotel gave a fruit plate, which was thoughtful. 7. Lounge Highlights: Guests staying at Courtyard by Marriott with high card membership benefits can use the JW Lounge, which is undoubtedly a highlight. The executive lounge has a great view, facing Helan Mountain and several green parks, and you can also enjoy the sunset in the evening. When I came at noon, the lounge was empty, and the quiet atmosphere made the lounge's unique charm more apparent (later, some people came, and the atmosphere changed due to loud conversations). 8. Lounge Service: The reception lady in the lounge was enthusiastic and even told me that I could watch the sunset in the evening.
