Making Waves: Magsaysay Family Day Brings GPM Families Together at Aqua Planet     The much-anticipated Magsaysay Family Day occurred at the Aqua Planet in Clark, Pampanga, on December 6, 2024. This vibrant and heartwarming event brought together families from all the Magsaysay organizations for a day filled with laughter, joy, and shared experiences. The spirit of togetherness was palpable as families came together to create unforgettable memories.      The event began with a warm welcome by Magsaysay Shipping and Logistics (MSL) President and CEO Jesse H. Maxwell setting a positive tone for the day's activities. “This Family Day is all about having fun,” as he emphasized the importance of such events in strengthening the bonds within the Magsaysay community.     Global Process Manager (GPM) employees and their families dove into the excitement of experiencing the attractions in Aqua Planet. Younger visitors had a special splash area with interactive water features that promised endless fun and adventure! It allowed them to play and enjoy the water. Meanwhile, more adventurous guests enjoyed the park's signature slides, such as the 'Aqua Loop' and the 'Tornado,' which provided exhilarating experiences that left everyone smiling from ear to ear.     The Magsaysay Family Day at Aqua Planet highlighted the importance of spending time with loved ones and creating lasting memories. As we near the end of 2024, Magsaysay Family Day was a perfect way to usher in the festive season. GPM signs agreement with Australian representative Global Process Manager Inc. (GPM), represented by Erik M. Nielsen, President of GPM, has signed a cooperation agreement with Ms. Gina Luck, the Founder and Director of LUCKY LIFE PTY LTD on December 13, 2024. The agreement aims to promote GPM's offshoring services to Australian organizations. #GPMLife

GPM receives IBPAP recognition On December 3, 2024, Global Process Manager Inc. (GPM) received a plaque of appreciation for its unwavering commitment and significant contributions as a long-standing member of the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP). AL Group Joins GPM’s Growing Client Portfolio Global Process Manager Inc. (GPM) is pleased to welcome the shipping company, AL Group (AL) as the latest addition to the GPM family. From September 23 to October 4, GPM had the privilege of hosting Mr. Philip Pfeiffer, Group Sustainability and Regional Finance Director, and Ms. Mar Mar Thet, Assistant Accounting Manager, who conducted an intensive orientation and training program for the new AL team members in Manila. During this two-week intensive program, the AL accountants engaged in various learning experiences and team-building activities to equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles. The training was an initial step in empowering them to deliver exceptional services and uphold their commitment to excellence. GPM extends a heartfelt, “Thank you” to everyone who participated in making this program successful. GPM participates in Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill     On September 26, 2024, Global Process Manager Inc. (GPM) participated in the Third Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill, organized by the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) in collaboration with the Times Plaza management. This quarterly initiative aims to enhance public readiness and response capabilities during earthquakes.     The drill began with a loud alarm, prompting all employees to drop, cover, and hold and exit through the nearest fire exit and assemble on General Luna Street.     GPM actively practices earthquake safety measures, identifying vulnerabilities in its emergency response plans. By engaging in the drill, GPM demonstrated its commitment to the safety and well-being of its employees, ensuring they are well-prepared for potential emergencies.
