Location is ok, around 17 mins walk to central samui.  Breakfast is good, many choices Swimming pool is gigantic The beach is just footstep  away however the sea current was strong, it’s a bit hard to swim The pool access room is good,  Hotel staffs were all very nice  Dinner at the restaurant for Xmas, it’s 5,000 bahts for 2 adults and 1 little kid. It’s quite pricy given the bad food quality. Really not up to standard but 4 stars, can’t expect too high tho.

Nice hotel in good location and directly facing the beach. Friendly staff and breakfast are not bad. I think this comment has been raised by previous guests. There are 2 buildings in the hotel, the cheaper rooms are in the old building although guests are allowed to use the facilities in the new one.

Beautiful hotel, great pool, amazing beach, wonderful fire show. The stuff was great! The only thing was an annoying sound in the room not sure if from the air conditioning or what.

Hotel is very nice especially the pool. The rooms are clean but a little bit small. Location is ok, with lots of small shops and restaurants around. Beach is really nice! Can recommend the hotel

Decent location. But a bit empty in this spot. You don’t need to stay here for too long. Great pool and breakfast. My biggest turnoff was the smell of the room. Very strong smell. It smells like dampness. Very off-putting.

Everything was excellent. My only grouse is that the toilet bowl seems very high. My toes can barely touch the ground. 😄

So the hotel is great. But, we booked the old wing, because didn’t want the noise of the pool, and seems like the old wing totally separated from the new wing (in the beach). Looks old fashioned, not maintained well. The breakfast is on the same side and if the guests of the old wing want to eat breakfast by the beach? They should pay extra, which is very weird.

Apart from signature burgers and breakfast. The rest was mediocre. The most appalling element was me and my partner were photographed by security entering g the hotel. And after check in they accused me of stealing a bathroom glass. They got it in the neck on both counts. Shocking treatment. Oh and a small number of vile tourists !

Clean and comfy room. Breakfast really poor and not worth it. Beach area is nice as is the pool area, only negative here is that it is a little cramped and congested. Overall the hotel is fine with many shops and restaurants close-by.

excellent hotel, a little bit far (20-25 min walk) from main walking and restaurant streets but calm on the other side. New, clean rooms, nice breakfasts, perfect yard and pool, very good massage on the beach. Hotel located right on the beach. Very cozy place - 100% to be recommended!
