Slow Life in Shaxi

We slowly made our way along the mountain road and arrived in Shaxi in the evening. Unlike the commercial hustle and bustle of Lijiang Ancient Town, the lazy leisure of Shuhe, or the bustling market under the snow-capped mountains of Baisha, Shaxi is a place of natural beauty, with small bridges and flowing water, clean stone roads, and a peaceful and ancient atmosphere. Shaxi Ancient Town is the place of poetry and dreams. Time seems to slow down here, and every moment is worth savoring. Our last stop was here, and we stayed in a beautiful homestay. It was wonderful.
