On December 12, in collaboration with the British Polish Chamber of Commerce (BPCC), Monika Krzyszkowska-Dąbrowska, Katarzyna Magnuska, and Katarzyna Wieczorek, PhD conducted a webinar titled "Directive on Pay Equality and Transparency: Changing the Rules of the Game". 🗂 During the webinar, we explored several pivotal topics, including: ◾ five essential actions every employer should take right now to align with the directive's requirements, ◾ a detailed understanding of the implementation timeline: what changes need to be implemented in companies in 2025 and why? Who will have to report the pay gap for the entire 2026 calendar year? ◾ crucial modifications needed in recruitment processes to adhere to the directive's guidelines: what should be modified in the recruitment processes? ◾ strategic navigation through salary grades, bonuses, and discretionary benefits to ensure compliance: pitfalls of the grading table and criteria ◾ the implications of ending salary confidentiality: what will job candidates, employees, and employee representatives be able to learn? Preparing the company to meet the Directive's requirements will include a review of current pay policies, the introduction of appropriate systems for monitoring and reporting data, and the education of management on the importance of pay equity. This will enable companies to effectively implement the new rules. In fact, there is not much time left to complete all the preparations. Thank you to all the participants who joined the webinar! Stay tuned for announcements on our further initiatives, where we will continue to delve into this significant topic. #Employment #WorkplaceTransparency #PayEquality

Last Friday, December 6th, we had the privilege of participating in the 6th edition of the ICC Poland International Chamber of Commerce Charity Christmas Dinner. This wonderful event not only captures the festive Christmas spirit but also highlights the importance of community and kindness in helping those in need. Every year, the highlight of the evening is a charity auction, which this year successfully raised an impressive 124,000 PLN for the Fundacja po DRUGIE. The foundation plays a crucial role in supporting homeless youth and young adults, providing them with the assistance and resources they need to build brighter futures. For those who couldn't attend, there's still an opportunity to contribute. The online auction remains open until December 20th, featuring a selection of fantastic items to bid on: https://lnkd.in/d2fZmyt6. Your participation can make a meaningful difference. 👏 A special congratulations to Justyna Szpara, FCIArb for spearheading this annual initiative and contributing to its ongoing success. Our heartfelt thanks go out to the dedicated organizing committee (with Agata Zwolankiewicz as a member) for orchestrating such an extraordinary evening. We are incredibly proud to have been part of an event that combines celebration with the spirit of giving. 🎥 To experience some of the magic from the evening, and see the impact of this inspiring event, watch the video from the Christmas Charity Dinner: https://lnkd.in/dv2QaPv3
