Together, we aim to uphold Münster Arkaden in Germany as a shining example of #Retail excellence and #Sustainability leadership.   𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: ✅ Record revenues – the highest since opening! ✅ 99% occupancy rate – nearly fully leased! ✅ 12 lease agreements – welcoming new international brands and renewing key anchor tenants.   𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: 💡 33% reduction in energy consumption since 2010. 🔥 50% decrease in district heating demand over the last decade. ♻️ Recycling rate increased to 87% since 2014.
