🎶All we want for Christmas is kindness 🎶 Our colleagues truly embraced the spirit of giving by collecting and delivering over 300 gift boxes to brighten the Holidays of those in need. Each gift box was a symbol of hope and a reminder that no one should be left out of the festive spirit. It filled our hearts with joy to know that we could bring a bit of cheer to so many wonderful people, making their Holidays a little brighter and warmer. We are very grateful for our 260 volunteers who made this all possible! 🎁

Despite the chilly winter weather, their enthusiasm was contagious, as they braved the cold and brought the Holiday Cheer! We're excited to close the year with a major event that highlights our dedication to fostering the digital and professional skills of young talents! Yesterday, we launched the third Accenture Student Lab at the “George Emil Palade” University (University to Business - U2B UMFST) in Târgu Mureș. We are incredibly proud to strengthen the collaboration between the business sector and higher education. This partnership builds on our successful initiatives at Facultatea de Limbi și Literaturi Străine and Academia de Studii Economice. The main goal is to support education and growth in advanced industrial technologies such as IoT, AI, Digital Twin, AR, and advanced robotics. The learning lab is equipped with individual workstations, high-performance monitors, and professional ergonomic furniture, where Accenture experts will offer mentoring sessions, courses, and dive into research projects. As the Ho-Ho-Holidays draw near, we’ve fully embraced the cheer! 🎄 We kept the tradition alive and brought the magic of the season by hosting a joyous event where colleagues and their families met at the office to create lasting memories. We crafted stunning Christmas decorations that will brighten our space all season long! But the best part? Santa himself stopped by to share wonderful gifts and to fill the room with laughter and joy. It’s moments like these that make the Holidays truly special. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make these past few days unforgettable! ✨

Disability inclusion matters. This International Day of People with Disabilities – and every day – we are committed to advancing disability inclusion. To mark this day, we are joining #PositivelyPurple initiative. From December 2-6, 18:00 – 23:00, all our offices in Romania will be lit up in purple, both outside and in our reception areas, thus also joining Romanian Diversity Chamber of Commerce solidarity action to increase awareness on local disability integration.
