We’re wrapping up two intense and productive days in Valencia, where the O-CEI project kick-off meeting has officially concluded. Over 120 experts from 20 countries came together to align on our ambitious goals, review the eight pilots, and map out the project’s deliverables. With a clear roadmap ahead, we are ready to tackle the challenges of building sustainable, energy-optimized Cloud-Edge-IoT infrastructures. The collaboration and engagement during the kick-off meeting have laid a strong foundation, and we’re excited to drive meaningful progress in the months to come. ✨ We’re excited to kick off the O-CEI project, with over 120 experts gathering in Valencia to launch this ambitious initiative. Decentralized infrastructures like Cloud-Edge-IoT (CEI) networks are driving demand for data and computing power, energy consumption. Costs and emissions are also soaring. O-CEI addresses these challenges by creating an open, interoperable CEI platform to facilitate real-time data sharing and seamless collaboration across sectors. O-CEI aims to accelerate the adoption of cutting-edge solutions for energy optimization.
