Railport Arad intermodal terminal, part of Curtici Cargo Center, is the biggest and most up-to-date inland terminal in Romania and also one of the largest in Central and Eastern Europe region. Railport Arad is committed to be a real alternative solution in the process of combined transportation and wishes to offer environmentally friendly transport means for intermodal traffic in the region, contributing to the European transport strategy of shifting cargo streams from road to rail.Railport Arad aims to play a major role as a key terminal operator of the CEE region, focusing on serving both the continental and the intercontinental traffic and willing to become a hub for the cargo flows between Western and Eastern Europe, and to Turkey as well.

The Luxembourgish company CFL multimodal is going to run a new intermodal service connecting its terminal in Bettembourg-Dudelange (LU) with the terminal Railport Arad in Curtici (RO).
