MIHAIL KOGĂLNICEANU AIR BASE, Romania – On Feb. 3 and Feb. 20, the commander of U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Black Sea Lt. Col. Christopher Kuszniaj, met with the Mayor of Constanta, Mr. Vergil Chitac, and the Mayor of Mihail Kogalniceanu (MK), Mrs. Ancuta Belu respectively. The meetings took place at the Constanta and MK City Halls, where the commander discussed several important topics crucial for maintaining seamless cooperation between the garrison and the local community.
