Last Tuesday, Agaciro Development Fund Rwanda’s Sovereign Wealth Fund led by Tesi Rusagara became a member of Women in Finance Rwanda signing the charter and committing its partnership to advance Capacity and attain Gender Equality at all organizational levels. Two Scholarships in the “Sustainable and Responsible Investment Professional Assessment “online course were awarded from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) to two Women with the objective of empowering the scholars to compete effectively on the Market. Speaking at the signing ceremony, CEO of Agaciro Development Fund , Tesi Rusagara said "In joining Women in Finance Rwanda, Agaciro would like to leverage the power of this platform to improve gender diversity in our investment teams and to make gender diversity a top priority within the organization and in our portfolio companies to keep pace with the demand for more gender diversity within our organizations including at executive-level.
