Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure management, or related roles. * Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting. * Proficiency in managing cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Azure), and virtualized environments. * Experience with IT security practices, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and data encryption. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. * Certification in IT (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) is preferred. Job Vacancy: Purchasing Manager Location : Riyadh Job Type : Full-time Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the procurement process for materials, supplies, and finished goods required for the production of office and home furniture. * Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality standards. * Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices, terms, and delivery schedules. * Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable and timely deliveries. * Monitor inventory levels to ensure a steady supply of materials while minimizing excess stock. * Collaborate with the production and design teams to forecast material needs and avoid production delays. * Evaluate supplier performance, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards. * Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. * Track market trends, pricing, and potential suppliers to continuously improve purchasing strategies. * Assist in budgeting and financial planning by providing cost analysis and reports. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing management, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry. * Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and vendors. * Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel. * Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and supply chain optimization. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication and leadership skills. Job Vacancy : Senior Cost Accountant Location : Riyadh Job Type : Full-time Key Responsibilities: * Manage and analyze cost structures for office and home furniture production, ensuring accurate cost allocation for materials, labor, and overheads. * Develop and maintain cost accounting systems that track production costs and inventory values. * Work closely with the production, purchasing, and logistics teams to assess and optimize cost performance. * Analyze variances between standard and actual costs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for cost reduction. * Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and preparing financial statements. * Support management in pricing strategies by providing detailed cost breakdowns for new and existing products. * Conduct periodic inventory reconciliations and ensure inventory values are accurately reflected. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * At least 3 to 5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in the furniture manufacturing or similar industry. * Proficiency in cost accounting systems and accounting software, with advanced Excel skills. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Certification such as CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is a plus.
