This week, we visited the CAD students at EC Utbildning and Växjö Yrkeshögskola to talk about who we are, what we do, and how we use CAD to develop our technically advanced products🎓💻 With a growing need for skilled professionals in this area, we see a lot of value in engaging in this education and connecting with students this way. It’s an opportunity to show the students real-world applications of their studies and highlight career opportunities in our field 🚀 Over the years, we’ve welcomed both interns and employees from this program. It’s November – which means it’s Moustache Month!  “Mustaschkampen” is a Swedish yearly campaign during November dedicated to raise awareness and funds for prostate cancer research by focusing on the moustache as a symbol. Whether you grow a real moustache or put on a creative one, everyone can join in to show their support. At ELME we’re doing our own “Moustache Challenge”, encouraging employees to participate and supporting each person’s effort with a donation to Prostatacancerförbundet. We hope to spread awareness and inspire others to contribute, whether it’s through donations or by simply sparking conversations about men’s health. #elmespreader #prostatacancerförbundet #mustaschkampen #movember

Recently, Osby’s welding school, located just 20 minutes from our facility in Älmhult, was named the best in the country—a fantastic achievement for both the school and the region 🎉 We know firsthand how crucial it is to find talented welders—it's an art that directly impacts the quality of every product. That’s why our Head of Engineering, Martin Nilsson, is a part of the school's advisory board, to support their efforts to train the next generation of welders. “As industries across Sweden, including ours, face a growing demand for skilled welders, it's not enough to just acknowledge the shortage.
