The world’s first smart construction safety helmet, which uses integrated sensor technology to automatically detect falls and impacts, has been launched! Developed by safety equipment company Guardio, part of Sweden’s Båstadgruppen AB, and connected safety technology specialist Quin, the Armet Pro can accurately measure motion and forces in three dimensions, 1,000 times per second, enabling it to detect falls and impacts, discern the likely consequences and automatically call for help if necessary.
