➡️When it comes to assessing the 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻𝘂𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗱𝗲-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗿𝘂𝗴𝘀 (ONDs), traditional preclinical models like non-human primates (NHPs) often miss critical immunological reactions or overestimate risks, leading to unreliable predictions for human trials. At Immuneed, we evaluated the immunotoxicity of imetelstat and inotersen using our ID.Flow® assay, which uses fresh circulating human whole blood.
