The Lesjöfors Group has signed an agreement to acquire India-based International Industrial Springs (IIS), marking its first acquisition in India. IIS operates six plants in Mumbai, specializing in disc springs, washers and general springs, serving industries in valves, energy, engineering, and aerospace. Additionally, IIS offers hot coiling, extending Lesjöfors’ capabilities to three sites across Europe and India.
