    2024 what a year! I have been thinking of how to summarize this year for me personally and for Najell® and it is not easy. We have continued to challenge ourselves, what we do and how we do it in all areas of our internal operations. We have successfully implemented new ways of working in our commercial, marketing, sales, finance, product development, sourcing and HR. Yes, that means that all departments went through some type of organizational change during 2024. We as a team has fully owned the concept of that the way we achieved the success in the past is not how we will achieve success tomorrow. I am very happy and impressed by the way we conduct ourselves around change and what that means for us as individuals and departments. Our platform and ability to spread a positive, optimistic message for all expexting and new parents has increased many times over. We believe and want to contribute to creating a better tomorrow. More and more of our products are made out of recycled material reducing our footprint while still creating great quality products that have a long life span. Our focus on strong positive people that create an impact on their own and the lives of their community is there to inspire and create more and more ripples of positivity in the world. The team has grown past 40 team members. The most common comment that I get from visitors to our office is that it feels like a very friendly and caring space where people take care of each other and this is created by each individual interaction by the team members. Thank you for this. I truly appreciate it. Our sales are growing in all markets seeing a total growth of over 70 %. We continue to do so with a sustained profit level ensuring that we are on stable ground looking ahead towards next years growth targets. I always get the question what makes us be able to grow while so many other in our industry stand still or decline. The answer is simple but complex: People are happy with our products and continue to recommend them to their friends that are entering parenthood. We create products with new or different functionality from the ground up without letting the functionality own the design language. Customers might buy the brand or the visual but they recommend the benefit that they got from our products. An enormous amount of thanks to anyone who said something nice or positive about us during the year and if we for some reason failed to reach the standard that we strive for I hope that we get the chance to earn a positive experience during 2025. 2025 will truly be exciting with so many new initiatives that are coming up. I am beyond excited for what is to come! I will share more of what that is to come on the other side of the holidays. Cheer for us 🎉 🎊
