  • At last week’s Join Sweden Summit, the stage was set to showcase Sweden’s leadership in innovation and sustainability—something Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson clearly emphasized by saying, “only access to innovation can bring corporate and industrial change.” And H.R.H. Prince Daniel echoed that sentiment, inviting global investors with, “for those of you looking to invest in the future—welcome to Sweden.” But, let’s be real: the true stars were the entrepreneurs. When it comes to driving change, they’re the ones on the frontline. Our own Sofia Lindelöw, Managing Director Nordics at Norrsken, was right there on stage and at the heart of the action, alongside builders like Arelys Sosa (DREV), Mikael Fraenkel (Blykalla), John Diklev (Flower), Robert Falck & Linnéa Kornehed Falck (Einride), and Peter Nelson (Heart Aerospace). From early-stage disruptors to industry giants, and from green transitions to innovative tech, seeing so many Norrsken members in action was nothing short of inspiring. As Ebba Busch, Energy & Business Minister, put it: “We can show that economic growth and green transition are possible at the same time.” On behalf of our community we say, welcome to the party, y’all.

  • Linnéa Kornehed Falck, co-founder of Einride, returned to where it all began to share how a simple idea grew into one of Sweden’s first impact unicorns. She urged us to think bigger about scaling across borders, forging transparent investor relationships, and distribute impact across and customized to different markets. With insights from SACC-USA (Swedish-American Chambers of Commerce)’s Johan Marcus and Karin Hammar, we also explored the current geopolitical angles of global expansion and what it takes to build a sustainable network across the pond. A huge thank you to everyone who joined, asked the tough questions, and made the evening count. And a special shout-out to Linnéa for taking the time to come back—and give back. Nuestra casa es su casa. This event was part of HER/O month, a series of events running February–March, where Norrsken and partners from across the Nordic impact ecosystem are hosting high-impact talks, hands-on workshops and meetups dedicated to breaking barriers for women in entrepreneurship and venture capital. • GREEN14 secures €2M!! Picture a world where the vital building blocks of technology (those powering everything from solar panels to microchips) are produced in a way that’s kinder to our planet. That’s the story Norrsken House Stockholm members Adam Podgórski, Jan Dinkelspiel, and the team at GREEN14 are writing right now. By using hydrogen plasma instead of carbon-heavy methods, they’re transforming quartz into high-purity silicon with significantly fewer emissions. By redefining how critical raw materials are extracted, processed, and sustainably scaled, this forward-thinking approach has just earned them a €2M investment from Ingka Investments. Seeing real capital flow toward solutions that look beyond profit never gets old. We can’t wait to see how you continue cleaning up global supply chains. Congratulations to the team—keep the good news coming, Adam, Jan, and everyone at GREEN14!

  • Imagine living half your life undiagnosed and untreated for a mental health condition. That’s the reality for up to 75% of women with ADHD. Most ADHD research has primarily focused on young males, whose symptoms often present differently from those in females. This massive knowledge gap—combined with outdated gender norms, stigma, and the tendency to blame hormones—leaves countless women overlooked and underserved by the healthcare system. With research and society only now catching up, how do more women find the help, treatment and community they need? This is Letterlife, a comprehensive, female-focused ADHD support system bridging this critical gap in healthcare. With 25 years of clinical ADHD experience, Dr. Lotta Borg Skoglund co-founded Letterlife to help women feel confident they're being taken seriously in their journey through diagnosis and treatment. Over 31.000 users have already joined the app, which offers direct access to medical experts and coaches, key insights into female ADHD, and a supportive community of women navigating the same challenges. Keep the good news coming Lotta Borg Skoglund, Gustav Lilja, & Håkan Bruce! Have an idea to improve people’s lives? We're all here for it. Become a member at https://lnkd.in/d6Hgvc4M

  • AI–BOB secures €2M! 🎉 After years of noticing projects drown in costly mistakes (and billions of kronor go to waste) Elin Mårtensson set out to build an AI-driven solution that catches construction errors right on the blueprint. A vision of no more patching holes after the walls are up, no more expensive rework, and no more waste. In just over a year, Norrsken Accelerator portfolio company AI–BOB went from a spark of frustration to a full-blown AI-driven solution, securing €2 million in new funding (led by CapitalT) and hitting a valuation north of €10 million. The secret sauce? AI-Agents that catch the mistakes before they become expensively real. No more wasted resources, no more guesswork, and certainly no more “we’ll fix it in the field”. They’re not just saving time and money, they’re cutting needless carbon footprints, too—because if we can build smarter, more sustainable, why on earth wouldn’t we? The AI–BOB team is growing as it kick down the door of an industry notorious for waste. Care to build a greener, smarter future with them? Accelerate their product development and gear up for international expansion? Use your career as a force for good with AI–BOB.

  • Holy cow!! Agteria Biotech just raised €6 million! Methane is responsible for nearly 30% of the global warming we’re seeing today—and cow burps play a surprisingly big role. Cattle alone account for about 5% of total greenhouse gas emissions (no bullsh*t). And since methane is 28 times more potent than CO₂, a single “burp” carries an outsized global punch. That’s where Norrsken Launcher portfolio company Agteria Biotech steps in. Co-founded by Martin Blomberg, Maia Lidbeck, and Dr. Tommi Remonen, the Swedish startup has developed a feed supplement carrying the potential to reduce 1% of the world’s greenhouse gases already by 2035. “Methane levels in the atmosphere have never been higher. In 2024, global temperatures surpassed 1.5 degrees for the first time, and reducing methane is the most impactful short-term action we can take to combat warming. Together with our new investors—combining deep-tech experience and strong market knowledge—we are ready to accelerate this critical work.” Martin Blomberg, Co-Founder & CEO The new funding will help Agteria race toward regulatory approval, ramp up production, and execute commercial rollouts across beef, dairy, and animal feed markets. Congrats and keep the good news coming Martin, Maia, Tommi, and team Agteria Biotech! 🐄
