It’s an opportunity to share experiences while gaining new perspectives. Mentorship creates a safe environment for open reflection without judgment. I genuinely love seeing others grow, and being part of that process—by challenging and coaching them—gives me a lot of energy. ✨Best tips? -Start by aligning expectations. Discuss what both parties hope to gain from the mentorship and what you expect from each other. Chemistry is also crucial for building trust and fostering meaningful conversations. If alignment or chemistry is lacking, it’s worth considering whether the mentorship will be a good use of time for both parties. ✍️ Meet Anette Wagler, a value-driven music enthusiast, passionate mentor and experienced professional who is dedicated to helping others grow and develop! ✨ Why do you want to be a mentor, and what are the highlights? -My philosophy has always been that we grow as humans when we grow together. That’s why I’ve always strived to contribute wherever I feel I have something to offer. Throughout my career, whenever I’ve needed to broaden my perspectives, I’ve actively sought out others to learn from. ✨ In what ways has Signe's framework been helpful in the mentorship? -I’ve just started my journey as a mentor with Signe to expand my network, and I’m excited to see how this will evolve. Signe is an excellent initiative that makes the matching process easy and seamless, which is a huge benefit. ✨ What are the pitfalls, and how can you avoid them? -Mentorship is about trust and the journey we create together as a team. Sometimes it’s a longer process, and sometimes a few sessions are enough.
