Our new v5 Cream Cheese is finally out and we have NEW FLAVORS ... Big news: We've moved our manufacturing to North America, gone 100% natural ingredients, Kosher Certified and improved taste and texture. And more importantly, we're launching two new flavors: - Spring Scallion - Americas #1 Cream Cheese flavor. Works all year around but always with a fresh taste of spring 🍀 - Midsummer Strawberry - “Daddy, you’ve made ice cream 🍦 !” was the first thing my kids said! And in Sweden, no other day in the year is more associated with Strawberries 🍓 than Midsummer ☀️ The cheese is still made with a 12h+ fermentation and contains Live Probiotic Cultures 🦠 Our launch partners Essa Bagel, Zaro's, Kismet, Bergen Bagels all carry these today and our 50+ bagel shops will gradually onboard in the next few weeks. This launch has been in the making for quite some time and I'm super proud of the relentless team incl. Better late than never (oops, got lost in a post-holiday cheese coma 🥲)— here’s what we fed 500 climate champions at HackSummit in New York City: Breakfast to kick things off: Apollo bagels brought their sourdough magic, and we topped it with our creamy, probiotic-packed Cultured Cream Cheese. Felt great to serve up one of NYC’s best bagel experiences to climate leaders from all around the world 🥯 Friday’s Investor Breakfast: We treated investors with grilled cheese sandwiches loaded with our Cultured Cheddar and a drizzle of MeliBio honey— yes, honey made without bees. Reminded us that innovation can start with rethinking the classics. 🍯 Lunch, bodega-style: Plantega came through with NYC staples like Chopped Cheese and Fried Chicken Sandwiches, starring our melty Cultured Cheddar. The feedback? Everyone’s favorite deli staples can still wow when made plant-based. Huge shoutout to the HackSummit team for curating an event that didn’t just talk sustainability but served it on a plate! Throughout the year, we teamed up with over 10 likeminded brands such as Fabalish, Yo Egg, Ess-a-Bagel, GIGANTIC! & Mary's Gone Crackers, Inc. ✨ Distribution Wins: Goodbye hand-deliveries—hello WebRestaurant, Sysco, Performance Food Group, fischer group, Ace Natural, and US Foods. 📦 Big Moments: From Vegandale with Bastard Burgers to sampling at Boston University, Syracuse University & Tufts University, we kept the momentum going. Plus, launching at 50+ Plantega locations and served cheese at the Met Gala afterparty (still can’t believe that happened).🕺 2025 Sneak Peek: Retail launch is on the horizon, new cream cheese flavors are in the works, and maybe even cheese shreds. The #1 food distributor in the US now carries our 🧀 ! It's one thing to impress operators with a great product. It's a very different thing making it available for them to buy it in a simple way on the same truck that brings them other stuff. That's why I couldn't be more excited to announce that the Stockeld Dreamery cultured cheese's are now available through Sysco. This one has been in the works for looong time and is a recognition to the hard work put in by the full team at Stockeld! From developing great products, to winning top accounts and then delivering products to them while we develop our distribution. An extra shoutout to Jay S. Mattes at Sysco who's believed in us all along. To Ben Stone and Luke Horton for their commitment and hundreds of deliveries across the city.
