Sustainability covers a wide range of areas, and in the daily life I focus primarily on its social dimension. Working for a company that has such an inspiring vision and also working with all the talented and dedicated colleagues. Everyone in the company is very passionate about sustainability and creating a positive impact in the world and that brings so much motivation and energy. 💚 What are you passionate about? When it comes to work I’m most passionate about creating learning environments where people grow and are able to use their creativity since I believe software development is a creative endeavor. I would say in general my biggest interest is discovering and experimenting with sustainable work systems that lead to digital products that users love. 🎢 What's the most adventurous thing you've ever done? Stepping on a boulder wedged in a large crevice in the mountain that is suspended above a 1000m deep abyss is probably one of the riskiest things I have done but I think the most adventurous thing, which may sound as a cliche, is becoming mother - almost every day feels like an adventure from which I learn a lot. 🌍 What is your best advice to incorporate sustainability into daily life? There are many things that as individuals we can do but I believe we are all consumers and as such we can have a great impact by being customers of companies that are taking sustainability seriously and thus getting the companies that are behind to step up their sustainability “game”. ✨ What is your power quote?  “Ahsoka: We'll just see where it goes.  Huyang: It could go anywhere.  Ahsoka: I know. But that's better than going nowhere.” This quote is from a scene in the Star Wars Ahsoka series, which is quite recent, but it resonated with me because it reminds me, all the time, that most of the things we deal with are complex and we live in a fast-paced world where there is no best solution, you just have to take a step and then continue from there.
