Meet the B H S Operations team led by Benny Quek. Benny joined B H S back in June 2024 as our Chief Operating Officer. Benny is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in driving efficiency, optimizing processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction throughout the roles he has held. Benny's career journey includes significant roles such as Head of Delivery Experience at NTUC Fairprice, Associate Director of Transport Operations at Lazada Singapore, and Assistant Vice President at Singapore Post Ltd. His leadership and industry insights will undoubtedly strengthen our operational capabilities and drive us towards even greater success. On Benny's team, we have Wong Chang Cheng, manager of our Move-IT services, Kevin Lee, manager of our Build-IT services, Muhd Fadhil Khan, manager of our Store-IT services and Haslinda binte Selamat, manager of our Truck-IT services. Under their experienced leadership, our customers are assured of the quality of service that our company has been renowned for, particularly for high-value and highly sensitive cargo. It was a distinct pleasure and our honour to host the Enterprise Singapore team from the Transport and Logistics team, who came to our office for a visit this morning! We are happy to share about our company's recent innovations, service enhancements and new solutions developed to serve our clients better. It's 9th August tomorrow, Singapore's 59th birthday! B H S is proud to be locally born and bred, we started in Singapore 49 years ago! We fly the Singapore flag high with our SG roots and our services as we expand overseas. Without our strong heritage and strength in Singapore, we would not have taken flight in our growth. We are ever grateful for the opportunities to serve our customers with the assurance of quality and commitment that we are known for on home soil. May Singapore continue to grow and prosper, with peace and stability.

Happy Fridays! We recently had our townhall and we introduced our employee campaign "We are ONE B H S" to our colleagues. Starting with a photo contest- See the three winning entries here😊. Even though we are an SME, our different business service offerings mean our frontline colleagues do not necessarily know what the other departments are working on, and when we offer a complete solution to global customers who use us end-to-end, good teamwork is vital. A recent example would be how we took the machine from Changi Airport's tarmac via our Truck-IT team, transported the cargo to our (semicon) customer's new factory, then uncrate and safely transferred the machine to their cleanroom via our Move-IT team, where finally our Build-IT team installed the tool ready for customer's production use. Our ONE BHS approach benefits our customers greatly- it is evident from the appreciation notes we have received post job.
