About us

Dill is a Nordic concept restaurant with some dining seats and an open long table/shared seating area. Run by a small team serving lunch on Thursday and Friday between 12-2pm, and a set menu dinner or just casual snacks and bites from Wednesday to Saturday, 4 to 11pm. Dill aims to be a cool, calm oasis for those who enjoy classical Scandinavian flavors, drinks or tasty wines and casual lux dining to wind down after a busy day or week. Daniel Hasvold Jung-Eldøy, is a Norwegian chef who worked at The Square London ** and Fauna Oslo*, before he opened his first restaurant in September 2017, together with Swedish chef Bjørn Svensson; Restaurant Galt in Oslo. Galt received a Michelin star in January 2018. In 2021 they opened Schlagergården which was awarded a Michelin star the following year. Daniel is currently part owner of newly opened Restaurant FAN in Oslo. It opened in August 2024 to rave reviews in the national press.
