Microsoft has announced the general availability of Places at Ignite 2024, and it is poised to apply the power of AI to flexible work. Bringing your floor plans in allows users to see floor layouts, and find rooms, desks, and other points of interest. You will need plans in IMDF format, with properly captured spatial hierarchy, which we can help you prepare with our freshly released IMDF export. It's still work in progress but will narrow the gap between the space (2D/3D) viewer and the map viewer significantly. API compatible data layers are also on the roadmap 🙌.
