🎉 YMAC 2025 Goes International: Training Begins 🎉 Recently, The Global Citizen Education Group proudly supported the first training session for the Working Group Chairs (WG Chairs) of the Youth Model ASEAN Conference (YMAC) 2025, in partnership with Singapore Polytechnic and Universitas Pelita Harapan. Since 2018, we’ve been working closely with YMAC to provide training and consultation to empower the next generation of leaders. YMAC is an exciting simulation of an ASEAN Summit Meeting, where students represent different ASEAN Member States, engaging in research and debate on key regional issues. The program involves almost 200 students from across the 10 ASEAN Member States. YMAC was first run in 2012 with just 5 Singapore-based polytechnics and has since expanded to 5 Singapore-based polytechnics, 52 Southeast Asian Institutes of Higher Learning. This year, YMAC is taking a monumental step as #YMAC2025 will be hosted in #Jakarta #Indonesia, marking the first international edition of the conference! South Mansfield International Month Celebration is an annual event that brings together students and faculty for a series of fun and engaging global citizenship activities.
