Meet Aire, a local startup founded by Nivedita Venkateish, specializing in high-quality adult diapers and pull-up pants designed for maximum comfort and effectiveness. Their designs are thoughtful and are made while keeping the elderly and their caregivers in mind, with features such as elastic waistbands and tearable side seams for ease of use and enhanced hygiene. Aire's journey is deeply personal for Nivedita, who grew up close to her grandmothers. They needed incontinence wear and the products available at the time were expensive, ill-fitting, and lacked personality. She spent months on testing, product development, and production, and her desire to improve her grandmothers' lives evolved into a mission to enhance the lives of many others. Aire was a part of the Aug 2023 BIG Cohort, where she was mentored by Entrepreneur-in-Residence Shirley Wong, Koh Foo Hau and Ryan Lim, MSID.
