5 Star Hotels in Dujiangyan

Checked in during the National Day holiday. When I first entered the lobby to check in, I was told to wait. The room was not cleaned up yet. I didn't get the room card until almost 16:00. There were many people waiting in the lobby. I took the shuttle bus to the room and saw a smell of stagnant air. The private bath was a large outdoor bathtub. The privacy was a bit poor and I didn't dare to use it at all. The bathroom floor was not very clean. The main thing was facing a wall, which was very depressing. I asked to change rooms. At first they said there were no more. Under strong requests, I changed to another one. It was much better, at least there was no smell, although the private bath pool was still not private enough, so I didn't dare to use it. It was cool at night, and the air conditioner was not turned on. It was a bit cold after taking a shower. The hair dryer was extremely difficult to use. I have never used it so difficult. Hotel advantages: The external environment is OK, and the air is full of osmanthus fragrance There are also many types of breakfast. The dinner buffet is also good and every dish is not bad.

Generally speaking, it is not bad. I have lived here before. It is located halfway up Yulei Mountain. The environment is very good. It is very close to Yulei Mountain Park and Erwang Temple and can be reached on foot. This time I stayed here mainly to escape the summer heat. It is indeed cool in the morning and evening, several degrees lower than Chengdu city, but it is still a bit hot to go out during the day, so I had to stay in the room. Some of the hotel facilities are a bit old, and there are problems with the telephone and safe. Fortunately, the service staff is very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help replace them and solve the problem. They should be praised.

Amazing experience! Surrounded by nature in a super well designed space completed with by the care and attention of the butler - Enyu. Enyu was super proactive and paid great attention to the details and ensured that the stay was comfortable! Every little thing from activity planning to food planning, breakfast, etc. Thank you Enyu. Definitely be back.

This was a great place to spend a couple of days with my girlfriend. Clean room and hotel, helpful and attentive staff, and good amenities, including a 24hr coffee machine downstairs. Be aware that there is a distance to things; to get to Qingchengshan is a 40 minute walk so you'll probably want to get a taxi. The hot springs are about 500 meters away in the complex, but they do have a free shuttle to take you there at any time which is convenient. Your room key gets you access only once per night booked to the hot springs, which I think could be improved upon by giving unlimited. Dinner is also limited to the hotel at night, with nothing else really in walking distance. That being said, dinner was quite good (if pricey) and the included buffet breakfast was also great.

I wanted to find a hotel with a private hot spring near Qingcheng Mountain with my family on the weekend. I saw a high rating and chose Chunshanwai. As soon as I placed the order, a staff member contacted me to choose a room in advance. On the same day, they also sent me tips on weather and travel. It was very considerate! We drove here by ourselves and parking was very convenient. There was also a very large yard for walking. The service at the front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic and took us directly to the room. The whole house is heated and the floor is very warm. The lighting is also very warm and bright. The private hot spring in the room can be soaked at any time, which is very spacious. The room service was also very comfortable during the stay. Sister Achun was very nice! She is beautiful and kind. She is very easy to communicate and considerate. She also reminded us that there is a midnight snack at night (in addition, the hotel’s food is delicious! The small hot pot is very fragrant, and the red oil wonton for breakfast is also delicious. We also bought braised meat and bacon!) A very good hotel, really great value for money, I will come again next time! 😆

The location and sanitation of the hotel are very good, parking is also convenient, and there is a direct elevator from the basement to the lobby front desk. Here, I would like to give a five-star praise to the staff Yue Lan. Not only did she contact us in advance, but she also upgraded us to a quieter garden view room for free when she learned that we were traveling with a baby. She also arranged fences and children's toiletries for the room before we checked in. It was really thoughtful. A big thumbs up to Yue Lan. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Dujiangyan, I must choose your hotel.

Stayed 4 night at this hotel on Qing Cheng mountains. 5/5 Concierge was extremely helpful with tendering luggages which was very much needed as some rooms are located on second floor ( no elevator). An assistant was assigned to the room and she (Vicky) could be reached almost 24/7 through texting. I had a small accident in the room first night of my stay and she quickly helped with arranging a different room that was more suited to my needs. She also provided me with first aid etc plus always answer my questions promptly ＜3 Note: breakfast was until 11:30am Has one laundry + dryer machine for hotel guest( free of charge) detergent included Daily replenish water (3 bottles), fruit plate, tea, coffee sachet in the room Hotel rooms, restaurants, hot spring are not in the same structure, requires a short walk outdoor which is very common among hotels on qing cheng mount. Highly recommend eating at the hotel restaurant. Has all the local favorite dishes plus good oil was used. Reasonably priced. They offer free shuttle to train station Hanfu experience was a room with about 50 pieces of hanfu to choose from. For female about 20 -30 pieces, for male about 5 pieces, for kids about 5 pieces.

Great experience at the Blossom House. The hotel is only a few minutes walk to Mount Qingcheng and there are a few really nice eating places nearby. Perfect location for what we wanted to do on this trip. The room is modern, stylish, spacious and has very comfortable beds. Gigantic bathroom with his and hers sinks and separate shower and bathtub. The service here is second to none - there’s no shortage of personal touch everywhere and if you’re late for breakfast the staff will always try to accommodate you - thanks so much for this as I arrived still badly jet lagged. I’d definitely come back and stay here again. 很棒的一次家庭度假入住体验。我们都非常满意，有机会肯定会再来。酒店离青城山步行很方便，几分钟就到了。晚上去店外吃饭很方便，但工作人员仍然安排了车送我们去的餐厅，其实不远，我们用完以后就自己走回来的。这次住了三晚，入住的时候加了微信，有什么需要沟通非常方便，工作人员特别友好耐心，有什么要求很主动地帮忙，而且是前台、客房、餐厅各部门都这样。我们去的时候泡汤人也不多，而且汤池好像要开到凌晨，外出回来得晚也没关系。很感谢涵涵，小沈和云澈、阿会让我们住得这么开心舒适！

The air cond is not cold, very stuffy and cannot be adjusted. The hotel should not put the giant panda toy on the bed if it is for sale at ¥ 48. The big mineral water which costs ¥ 12 each should not be on sale inside the room. Not all guests are aware they are for sale. These items should be put in the lobby if they are for sale. The afternoon tea, 12.00 pm - 6.00 pm is a farce. The items on the list are mostly junk food. I suggest that it is better that the hotel provides afternoon tea with snacks, coffee and light food in the lobby or coffee house. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service and amenities provided by the hotel.

This was not a fun trip for us. My father's health was worsened during his tour to China and got him hospitalized at Dujiangyan People's Hospital. My sister and I had to go to Dujiangyan to take care of him. Most of the time we booked the hotel only to sleep and took a bath in turn as one of us need to accompanied him at the hospital. However, Crowne Plaza Dujiangyan had been great, all the staffs are very attentive and willing to help us. I would like to commend Mark Liu as he helped us a lot. From making sure the car went inside the lobby so my father did not need to walk far, adding extra breakfast for us to helped us print some documents for hospital's need. The room service lady was also very sweet to us. The room we stayed was awesome, clean and spacious. However the room was a tad too warm for my liking. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dujiangyan.
