Amazing hotel with super nice shuttle service and great breakfast!!!

The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and helpful! Everyone wore a smile as they greeted us. The location is great and the view of the mountains is unbeatable. Will definitely be staying here again on our trip back! Shuttle service is super convenient (Joao was great and unmatched driver) getting to and from hotel/station.

A very good experience. The hotel is facing a mountain stream and is built like a traditional wooden house. The waiters are all dressed in traditional costumes and provide very enthusiastic and good services.

The hotel is halfway up the hill, some distance from the Grindelwald center and the train station. The hotel also has a shuttle bus that can be transported. We are self-driving. There is free parking in the hotel. It is relatively close to the cable car station of the first mountain. There are not many types of breakfast at the hotel. But it is enough, the biggest feature is the scenery, so beautiful! Whether it is a room or a place to have breakfast, look out for the snowy mountain, if you come to grindelwald next time, you will stay here!

We live in a two-bedroom apartment, but only one bathroom is a little inconvenient, but the kitchen is very good, kitchen utensils are very full! There is no chopsticks. We stayed here for three nights and it was good to cook for ourselves!
