clean, comfortable room and kind staff. also the location is good.

My 1-week stay was comfortable and have little to complain. It was close enough to walk to the Washington Convention center. The free luggage storing service was greatly appreciated. I had a pest issue in my room but I think the hotel took care of it immediately. Cost-value was great.

Check in was great, as I was able to get a room before the designated check in time, because my flight arrived early in the morning. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of towels. The hotel is also walking distance from many shops and restaurants in DuPont Circle, which made it a great location to be in. I’d definitely return to this hotel whenever I come back to DC!

Clean, tidy, good location. Parking is expensive, but fortunately there is parking on both sides of the road in Washington DC.

The location is good. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the White House and there is a whole food supermarket just one block from the hotel. All around are white elites. The scenery outside the hotel is nice and not noisy. There is a small supermarket next to the front desk of the hotel. You can enter by swiping the key card. You can make payments or swipe your credit card directly.

The quilt has some stains, yellow-brown stains. The safety is good. The surrounding is very safe. The environment is OK. There are security patrols at night. Washington feels very safe. Facilities: good facilities hotel hahahaha

The air conditioner was very noisy and the soundproofing was poor, making it hard to sleep!!

The room is very clean, but a little small. It's not far from the White House, about a 20-minute walk away. I usually walk to Capitol Hill.
