Foundation Cafe

#newzealandtrip I flew in and feeling starved at 2pm. The winter drizzle stops me to adventure further, so I walked into a library, voila! The foundationcafe is located on Ground floor. Lots of locals here, book and coffee go well together. Fantastic staff, logical layout, a pity that kitchen closed around 2pm, but I am very happy with my food and ginger lemon tea. I like the way they "alphabeted" the tables. I wish Auckland central library can learn from here. I returned the next day for.breakfast and lunch. I love the cheese scone- definitely one of best I had for three years. Fish of the day was lovely.I bought a couple of badges, nice addons to sweaters, apparently made by one of staff.
