Here is some useful data that can help you optimise your 2024 campaigns. 🎄🎅 1. Brands embracing generative AI Brands are now tapping into the potential of AI to enhance customer experiences. Coca-Cola, for example, launched an AI-driven platform for personalised digital greeting cards, blending innovation with brand heritage. 2. Unprecedented e-commerce growth E-commerce reached its highest share of wallet ever, as businesses continue to evolve shopping experiences. Shopping is starting earlier than ever, driven by mega sales days like Singles’ Day and Black Friday. 🛒 Only 22% of consumers now wait until the traditional Christmas shopping period or later.   • Olma d.o.o. is a company with a 77-year tradition. As its business grew, the number of samples, products and brands increased, leading to a rise in the number of documents that needed to be maintained and updated.
