This page is for reviews of existing Featured articles. A Featured article review is conducted when a current status article no longer meets one of the standards listed in the FAN rules or has significantly changed from the state it was in at the time of gaining status. On this page, users can nominate articles that they believe need updates or require their status removed.

How to nominate:

1. Select a Featured article that requires a review and refer to this guide on the article review process.
2. Add {{FAreview}} at the top of the article you are creating a review for, and save the page. Please note that if the article you are nominating has been nominated for Featured article review previously, the same page will be used.

   Members of Wookieepedia's Discord server can open a review with the following command, and JocastaBot will automatically add the review to this page: @JocastaBot create review for ArticleName

3. Open the redlink in a new tab to create the nomination page, modifying the preloaded instructions as necessary. A reason for opening the review must be provided.
4. Copy the code provided to the bottom of this page.
5. Purge the article to update the template.
6. Other users can add additional issues and suggested improvements (errors, style, organization, images, notability, sources, etc).
7. On the review, all editors are able to add and address objections noted on the article's review. Afterward, one of several outcomes occurs:

• …all objections are satisfied.
• …all objections have remained unsatisfied for a period of thirty days, without a request for extension.
• …the article has slipped under the Featured article word count.
• …the article has changed significantly from its original state.

Closing stages:

1. If all objections are addressed, Inquisitorius review board members can start a vote to close the review after it has been open for a minimum of 48 hours. Three Inquisitorius votes are required for an article to maintain its Featured status.
2. If objections have remained unsatisfied, the article has exceeded the word count, or the article has changed significantly from its original state, the Inquisitorius review board can send the article to a probationary status. A consensus of at least three Inquisitorius members is required for an article to retain its Featured status or have it removed at the end of the probation.

• …articles that exceed the word count can have Featured status removed.
• …articles marked for probation that have unsolved objections for over thirty days, with no request for extension or attempts made to fix, can have Featured status removed.
• …articles that have changed significantly from their original state are reviewed by Inquisitorius members. When determined that the article's current state is satisfactory, the review can be closed, and the article maintains its status.

All reviews will be considered idle and are subject to immediate removal by Inquisitorius vote if objections are not addressed after thirty (30) days.

• is there a relevant image that can be added in the top section of the biography?
• Various locations are missing contexts.
• The "Western Reaches Operation" section should be sectioned further.
• The "The Rebel Destroyer" could similarly use splitting due to size.
• The first paragraph in the personality/traits section should be split.

• Eye color is missing.

• There's some duplicate links to be removed.
• Various contexts missing for locations.
• The images can be increased in size, and the captions need to relate back to Daine.
• Dialogue additions in the IU portion that were done recently need to be prosified
• The "Questioning the Dark Lord" section has room for an image.
• Missing equipment and skills sections.
• Regarding the BTS updates, while a lot of it can stay, it really needs to be rewritten and there are some parts of it that need to be cut like the "The Empire's Finest" for fluff.
• Several authors/illustrators and full release dates for materials introduced need to be included, such as the comic adaptation, both 2007 sources since same year.
• The BTS doesn't document the non-canon appearance.

• It seems that recent edits have made the article present certain additional lines from the radio drama and novel dialogue between Jir and Vader as fact. It doesn't seem there is room for those to have happened IU, to the point that relegating them to only behind the scenes discussions of inconsistencies is the best approach. • Note that included among the changes, the user asserts it was Jir who beat Antilles in the radio drama, when originally it was concluded that was Unidentified stormtrooper commander (Tantive IV). I can maybe see his assertion that the original analysis might be inconclusive, with it being the latter character as verifiable. However, I'm not exactly seeing the proof that makes it Jir, instead of ambiguous between Jir, Nahdonnis Praji, maybe the unnamed trooper, or a separate character period.   • In the radio drama, all three of those scenes are presented as the same character: the adapted scene where it's Jir and Vader and, before that, the two new scenes where he hails the Tantive and then beats Antilles. It's all one actor, and the script designates them as one person ("Commander"); other unnamed parts in the script for that episode are carefully distinguished when they are meant to be separate people (1st Trooper, 2nd Trooper, etc). In this situation, I would think you would need some compelling reason to judge these to be different characters. In the case of the hailing, such a compelling reason exists, namely a later novel that provides a retcon with the name of Praji. No other source ever adapted the beating scene, so I don't see any need to reject the radio episode's clear meaning. False Dmitri (talk) 17:02, 2 January 2025 (UTC)

• The "The "Attack" section should be sectioned and has room for at least one more image.
• That the loss of the Negotiator was among the incidents that led Tarkin to send his message to Palpatine needs to be correctly cited.
