Collaborate on projects during a FaceTime call on Mac
You can collaborate on a project or document while in a FaceTime video call or audio call.
During a call in the FaceTime app
, open an item within an app that supports collaboration, such as Freeform, Keynote, or Pages.
Click Collaborate in the notification that appears.
Recipients receive a collaboration invitation in Messages. After accepting, collaborators see each others’ changes in real time.
Note: You can also start a FaceTime call from an item you’re already collaborating on. Open the item, then click the Collaboration icon in the toolbar. To make a FaceTime audio call, click the audio button
, then click Call. To make a FaceTime video call, click the video button
, then click the FaceTime button
