Happening Now!!!! UAA is holding a training with 5 Horticulture Export Companies on how to develop a win-win arrangement with farmers using UAA'S Inclusive Network of Fairness for Outgrowers (INFO) model. With this model exporters improve their responsiveness and fairness with supplying farmers, while these farmers are trained in producing to high GlobalG.A.P standards for the exporter. Farmers get paid more, have a sustained market, and exporters have a more reliable source of high-quality produce.
