”What is everyone else doing to get company-wide buy-in and action on sustainability plans? What works?” Many of the sustainability leaders I speak to describe uncertainty about how best to engage their teams around their sustainability roadmap - and are keen to learn how other companies in their industry are approaching this. The State of Employee Sustainability Engagement Report (coming soon!) will answer these questions. The report has had dozens of insightful contributions already which will help bridge the gap in our collective knowledge.
