Great to be working with JDC Building Works Ltd. again, completing the wetpour surfacing for St Patrick's PS, Dungannon! 😃
Looking forward to seeing the final outcome for this project at 𝐒𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤'𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥, 𝐃𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐧. 🏫 Works have successfully transitioned to the site, with the modules delivered and fitted appropriately, and now we welcome our Mechanical and Electrical Fixings phases before our final Clean Up and Fit Out phase. This Build will feature: - 2 Classrooms (83.15sq.m / 75.25sq.m) - 2 Covered Play Areas (gated + fenced) (49sq.m) - 2 Hygiene Rooms (13.5sq.m) - 2 Quiet Rooms (8.4sq.m) - Student & Staff Toilet Facilities (Wheelchair Accessible) - General Lobby - Storage Rooms Our reliable teams are hard at work to get this job among others over the line! 🏁 #ModularConstruction #ProgressUpdates #JDCBuildingWorksLtd
