    Now that's what we call a Wicked transformation! ✨ As part of KP Snacks' spellbinding partnership with the highly anticipated Wicked film, we brought a touch of theatre to stores installing immersive POS installations for the Butterkist 'Wicked Partnership Roadshow'. In just three days, we turned five convenience stores across the UK into Wicked-themed showstoppers, complete with stock-holding arches, Butterkist cauldrons, shelf toppers and more.     When branding takes over, it really takes over. 💥 Back in September, we transformed the Waitrose & Partners at King's Cross into a full on brand experience for our lovely clients at Campari Group. From bold floor vinyls and striking bar graphics to FSDUs and a full glow-up that turned the wine bar into a celebration of the iconic Negroni. And yes, there were tastings and classic drinks served up too! 🍷 Each branded element worked together to make Campari show-stopping, cementing its presence in the store. We led this from site survey to design, install, and derig, ensuring every inch of this activation set the bar (literally!).     Finding the right garden care products shouldn’t be a guessing game—yet for over a third of shoppers it is. With so many similar products on the shelves, it’s easy to see why. We worked with Evergreen Garden Care to change that. Tasked with transforming the fertiliser category for their heritage brand Levington® at Blue Diamond Garden Centres, we set out to make the shopping experience simpler, more inspiring, and easier to navigate. The renaming of a well-established brand was just the start. Modular POS display kits tailored to various store formats brought clarity and creativity to the fixture. These displays spotlighted the unique benefits of Levington® Soil Supplements, while easy-to-read infographics broke down product details, and QR codes directed shoppers to practical ‘How To’ videos—giving them confidence long after leaving the store. Not only did this project win multiple awards; it drove measurable growth in footfall, engagement, and sales. And the impact was certainly clear, as Jake Smith, Garden Care Manager at Rake Garden Centre, put it: “I used to be stopped daily by customers asking which fertiliser they needed for a specific task. Since Evergreen installed the Levington® Soil Supplements POS, I haven’t been stopped once! The fixture looks great, and the POS clearly and simply addresses the customer questions.” No confusion—just the fruits (and flowers!) of their labour. 🌸🍎 #ShopperMarketing #RetailMarketing #ShopperEducation #PointOfSale #POS

    Masculinity's changing—and it’s about time. For a long time, men have been boxed into a version of “strength” that means staying silent, pushing through, and never asking for help. But what happens when they feel they can’t share their stresses or prioritise their own well-being? We’re seeing the results in real-time—a silent crisis of men’s mental health, with high rates of stress, burnout, and suicide. In a world where men are expected to be both protectors and nurturers, isn’t it only fair they have spaces to open up, lean on others, both at work and at home. Society’s idea of the “man box” is a relic we’re ready to leave behind, it serves no one. 🗑️ This quarter, our DEI team has been digging deep into these themes, exploring how we can all show up authentically and create spaces where everyone can say “Hey, i’m struggling today” - even if it’s just over a cuppa. As the month rolls on and we support our colleagues (and lose some taches along the way), let’s remember: mental health and well-being are for everyone. 🧠 Whether it’s sharing a tough day, asking for flexibility, or just letting each other know it’s okay to lean in and open up.     200 years of The Macallan. A milestone this iconic calls for an activation to match. To celebrate and launch their Time : Space collection, Edrington entrusted us with a premium pop-up experience at Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris. ✈️ Our Altavia Travel Retail team took on the entire production scope, ensuring every detail left a sharp, lasting impact. The experience unfolded with VR headsets immersing travellers in The Macallan’s rich heritage, while podiums—adorned with intricate spikes and peacock-feather accents—told a stunning visual narrative inspired by nature’s protective beauty. Curved illuminated walls and bold red accents set a dramatic stage, blending heritage with contemporary luxury, stunning at every turn. Another beautiful project delivered by our talented team. 🙌 As the client put it: “These photos look incredible!!! We couldn’t be prouder to bring The Macallan’s history to life."     Who says airports are just for waiting around?   We turned downtime into a journey through the Amazon 🌿 The Altavia Travel Retail team recently partnered with William Grant & Sons for a spiffingly good activation at London Heathrow Terminal 2 for Hendricks’s Amazonia gin. The classic red London phone box, overrun by rainforest foliage, set the scene for a multi-sensory journey through the Amazon. Shoppers at Heathrow T2 could discover the scents of pineapple and chili found in the gin tipple, choose to explore 11 of Hendrick’s botanicals, or even get up close with real Amazonian bugs! 🦗🌿 The delight was all in the detail - digital screens, cucumber-scented pods, and rainforest sounds that immersed travellers completely.     In an unusual turn of events, we brought our production knowledge from years working in the travel retail channel to the aisles of DIY stores. Our wonderful client, Evergreen Garden Care gave us the chance to stage a category takeover within DIY retailer Homebase stores – and we’re still proud of the end result. 🌿 We transformed usually mundane garden care sections into vibrant, educational spaces with 3D POS elements, including a standout tactile flower wall for added engagement. With so many first-time gardeners eager to learn, it was an exciting opportunity to create a welcoming space tailored for those just beginning their gardening journey. The displays were thoughtfully designed to break down the basics, offering clear, engaging information for all experience levels and guiding shoppers to find exactly what they needed, whether for lawn care or weed control.
