As part of our commitment to customer service and quality we regularly survey clients to find out how we are performing and how we might improve. The Customer Thermometer is one of the tools we use to engage with our clients for feedback on our work. We have analysed our client satisfaction survey results for 2024 and are encouraged to see that 97% of clients who responded to the survey gave us either a good ‘green star’ rating (19%) or excellent ‘gold star’ rating (81%). We really appreciate the valuable feedback we receive from clients and strive to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations for each and every project we are commissioned on. Don’t take it from us, read below what some of our clients have said:- Amy Gordon from Miller Bourne Architects fedback:- Anderson Acoustics provided invaluable guidance to ensure that the best possible acoustic environment was achieved in the refurbishment of the library. They understood the nature and sensitivity of the space and tailored their advice to suit. Their hands-on, ‘can-do’ approach meant that we were able to develop a solution that not only met the specific acoustic requirements of the space but also respected the historic nature of the Listed building. Tejvir Sahajpal from AtkinsRealis said:- Robert Harris-Marshall was very amenable to deliverables and associated dates to achieve planning and programme constraints. Anderson Acoustics worked diligently with the Design Team to finalise the Noise Assessment for Planning Submission. Anderson Acoustics gave due recommendation to Westminster City Council’s planning policies for design consideration to provide a highly satisfactory service. David Bennett from Sunninghill Construction fedback:- Excellent design advice and service from inception to site works. Its a service we have come to expect from Anderson Acoustics over the years, but its still refreshing to get this top-draw service time and time again. A case study to end the week. This one was led by Jamie Easton from our Building Acoustics team. MAPLE & POPLAR It was great to work once again with the team at Neilcott Construction Limited for this residential scheme. They embarked on a project to transform the Maple and Poplar Day Centre, a vacant facility, into a vibrant residential community. The development plan included the demolition of the existing structure and the construction of two new three-story buildings, housing a total of 34 two-bedroom apartments As part of the planning permission, the local authority imposed conditions to ensure that the new residential buildings would not be adversely affected by vibration and noise. We conducted thorough reviews of previous vibration and noise surveys that had been undertaken at the site. In addition, we provided a comprehensive acoustic design review to ensure compliance with the relevant planning conditions and Building Regulations Approved Document E (ADE) requirements. The whole team came together last month for an insightful DEI masterclass. The 2 hour session with Diversifying Group was led by Cynthia V Davis CBE and Caroline Gibson. Thank you so much to you both. The session provided so much food for thought not only for us as individuals but for us as a company. 2025 will now see us give more thought to the subject of Diversity, Equality and Inclusivity and help us plan for how we now move forward in terms of what it means, why its important and how we can be better/stronger as a business. We are already developing our diversity calendar and initiatives that we can deliver over the year in support of this important topic. #Training #KnowledgeSharing #DEI #Diversity #Equality #Inclusivity #WheelOfPower #WheelOfPrivilege #IndividualReflection #CorporateValues
