Acting as Project Manager, Cost Consultant and Principal Designer, we’ve worked closely with SIG plc and the wider project team to deliver a distribution warehouse and trade counter that’s built for efficiency. This project has included: ✅ A purpose-built unit incorporating low-carbon strategies and a PV system for energy savings. ✅ A warehouse, trade counter, offices and welfare facilities tailored to operational needs. ✅ External storage and parking to maximise site functionality.
