A message from our CEO, Neil Weeks. I want to start by thanking everyone associated with ARC for their efforts this year. In challenging conditions, you continue to demonstrate incredible resolve, returning remarkable results across the business and in growing the ARC brand. 2024 has seen ARC expand our offering, entering the retrofit market for the first time with our brand-new Retrofit Eaves Insulator. A game-changing solution designed to tackle damp and mould in homes, it is already having a sizeable impact, working closely with some large players within the sector to improve the living standards of social homes across the country. ARC celebrated more award success in 2024, where we picked up our fifth Housebuilder Product Award as the innovative TCB Square won ‘Best Site Product’. We were also highly commended for ‘Manufacturer of the Year’ at the prestigious Building Awards 2024 – a fantastic achievement and a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone at ARC. 2025 has seen us step up our charitable efforts, and we are proud to partner with CRASH in uniting the construction industry to tackle homelessness. Through various fundraising and social events, we have raised more than £2,100 in 2024, owing to the dedication and generosity of our colleagues – thank you. To continue to deliver market-leading innovation, we have also made significant and exciting improvements to our systems and processes, giving us a platform to achieve even more in 2025. As we approach the festive period, I express again, my sincere thanks to everyone associated with ARC for your hard work this year. To our customers and suppliers, who have stood by us in difficult moments for the industry, and to our colleagues whose outstanding contributions continue to take ARC from strength to strength. Christmas jumper day has landed at the ARC office and lots of the team have donned their festive jumpers (and hats!) in aid of CRASH - Construction Industry's Charity 🎅🏻 We're feeling in the festive spirit ahead of our party tomorrow now 🎄

Tomorrow is our teams Christmas party day…that means we’ll be finishing a little earlier so all of our team can join in the festive celebrations 🎄 We’ll be closed from 3pm and reopen as usual again on Monday morning! Bring on the mince pies! 🥧

ARC Open State Cavity Barriers (OSCB) are designed for installation within cavities where ventilation is required in service use. They’re quick and easy to install; ✅ Fold the brackets and fix into place, using appropriate fixings and following advice from our data sheet. ✅ Push fit the cavity barrier onto the brackets, ensuring the brackets penetrate the barrier centrally. ✅ Ensure the rear face of the barrier is butted up against the inner substrate with no gaps. ✅ Individual lengths should be tightly butted together, with no gaps. ✅ Partner ARC’s OSCB with Fire Stop Slab, installed vertically for a complete fire stopping solution.
