💎 We did it! On Friday we celebrated 45 years of hospice care at the historic Ashridge House amid a sea of sapphire blue and ornate table settings, and we really couldn't have done it without our incredible guests. Thank you to everyone who joined us, danced the night away, and showed such generosity through our auctions, you were the ones that made the evening so enjoyable! Beth Duncan and the team from Ashridge House, did a great job of making sure the evening ran smoothly for us and Simon Double created a brilliant buzz around all our amazing auction prizes - Thank you for all your hard work on the night Simon. Last Sunday, we celebrated International Chefs Day at Ashridge House, honouring the incredible talent, passion, and dedication of our chefs and pastry chefs. From exquisite dishes to delightful desserts, their hard work brings joy to every guest and visitor... and employees! Food is at the heart of what we do. We take pride in growing many ingredients in our gardens, sourcing local produce, and supporting nearby farms and businesses. Here’s to our amazing, creative culinary team who make every meal a memorable experience!
