Baby Bank Network redistributes pre-loved baby items to families that cannot afford to buy them.

About us

Baby Bank Network is a registered charity tackling childhood poverty and reducing waste among families with pre-school children. Through our partnership network and entirely volunteer run we redistribute essential baby items like clothes, cots, high chairs, slings, prams, buggies and sanitary items that have been preloved and donated by those who no longer need them, they become a gift to babies and families in need who would otherwise go without. Our connected system enables provision of support to babies and families in need in a sustainable way whilst making a positive impact on the environment. • 👀 Still looking for some inspiration for the kids Christmas presents? 🎅 Until 31st December, £1 from each sale of IKEA's magical SKOGSDUVA range will be donated to Baby Bank Alliance to help make a difference to families across the UK, through what is going to be a difficult winter for many. "This range isn’t just adorable, it’s full of imagination and fantasy, helping to ‘play it forward’ when it comes to providing children with play essentials. The support from IKEA will enable baby banks to reach even more families and help the Baby Bank Alliance on our mission to ensure that every child has access to the essentials they need to thrive." • 🎁 A special #ThankYouThursday to our friends at Boston Tea Party Cafes on Gloucester Road for hosting a toiletries donation point for us again this Christmas, and for inviting us to their Christmas Fair last week. Next time you pop in for a cuppa over the coming weeks, remember to take your toiletry donations for mums and babies and pop them into the donation box by their lovely Christmas Tree! We will make sure they get to families across Bristol that need them. Photo: Two of our lovely trustees and their 'little Christmas helpers'.
