We are very excited to participate in #rewired24 and meet wonderful people modernising healthcare delivery. It is also wonderful to collaborate with ORCHA, a pioneering organisation making sure digital health technologies are safe.
🔦 Day 6 of our 12 days of #rewired24 and the next innovator taking centre stage is Beautiful Voice! Beautiful Voice was founded in 2022 by academics from the University of Oxford aiming to make #speechandlanguagetherapy more accessible and efficient. Its first product is a digital health platform that uses #AI and #gamification to support therapists with automated and data-driven tools to improve their workflow efficiency and patient throughput while enabling better self-management and engagement in patients to optimise therapy outcomes. The Beautiful Voice team are excited to meet and connect with key players in the digital health community at #rewired24 and have said that ORCHA is a great partner for the team to showcase their technology. As a digital health company that aims to improve care for adults with communication difficulties, the Beautiful Voice team take quality control and safety seriously and working with ORCHA supports their steps towards national adoption. MP Sir Bob Neill shares his positive experience with Beautiful Voice for speech and language therapy and invites the Minister to look into it. For World Stroke Day, the parliament held a special session led by MP Sir Bob Neill. He made an amazing speech about the challenges faced by stroke survivors and caregivers (including celebrating the 10th anniversary of the amazing Sidcup Speakability group run by Paul Meaton and Sue Almond). At the end of the session, he recommended Beautiful Voice to the Minister after having first-hand experience using it as a family. He also highlighted our collaboration with Hobbs Rehabilitation and The MiNT Academy: Masterclass in Neurotechnology. It was a really nice surprise when we found out we had been mentioned. It is always really encouraging to hear we are helping people with communication issues and, even better when we can share it with all the people supporting us!
