We don't just deliver Apprenticeship programmes, we also provide commercial training. 🌱 But what's the difference? 1️⃣ Commercial training can be completed in a shorter space of time, whereas an apprenticeship involves long-term learning. 2️⃣ Commercial training tends to be paid for by the employer, whereas an apprenticeship is government-funded. 3️⃣ Commercial training doesn’t necessarily come with a formal accreditation, whereas an Apprenticeship Standard is an Ofqual accredited qualification. From influential communication to boosting branding, optimising outbound messaging to AI innovation - we can't wait to implement our new ideas straight away!     B2B Sales and Marketing Expo 2024 ✨ So last week, Tiegan Carani and I headed down to the big smoke to attend the B2B Marketing Expo UK. Leaving the desk for a day or two can be daunting, especially on the mega busy run-up to Christmas, but the value we gained from the expo made it so worth it! All weekend I've been thinking about how I can implement my new learnings at BMS Progress straight away and when working on my strategy for 2025. My top 3 takeaways were: 🔍 "Generative Engines are the marketing battleground of the future" - thanks to the insights from Exposure Ninja, it's clear we need to be much more agile when it comes to our SEO strategy. 🧠 My psychology degree is more handy than I thought working in marketing! I'll be much more conscious about cognitive biases and emotions when crafting our messaging, thanks to Becky Reardon. 🤖 And if you are not using AI in your processes, what are you doing?! Networking with businesses like Gong, it's clear that correcting inefficiencies is on everybody's agenda and it looks like AI is the answer.   • Hello December! 🎄 Before we go full-on Christmas crackers, we need to celebrate our Apprentice of the Month for November! Congratulations to Lewis Naylor, Team Leader at Ideal Standard International NV. Lewis has grown in confidence so much since starting his Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship and this is something not just recognised by his Development Coach, Jennifer, and the rest of us here at BMS Progress, but also his manager and the wider team at Ideal Standard. Lewis was nervous about starting the programme but is now thriving and we are all very proud of his development. In the last couple of months, he has had success after success, including achieving his English qualification with the support of our Functional Skills Tutor, Suzy. Lewis, you are an inspiration to your peers and you should be very proud of your achievements. A huge well done to all of the nominees, your hard work and dedication to development never goes unnoticed!
