  • How often should you train? Fab question! Any exercise is better than none. Twice a week is more than twice as good as once. Your training frequency depends on you. If you have other sports or activities, you might hit the gym less. In general, we recommend 2-3 HIIT sessions per week and 1-2 Conditioning sessions like Bridge4Pilates, Bridge4Flex, or Bridge4Core. But here’s the golden nugget for optimal training: aim for 4 times a week. At least one of those sessions should be dedicated to conditioning.
