  • One of our members Gillian Hipp based in Hereford, is a Dance Movement Psychotherapist, and a PhD researcher at Henley Business School. She has recently received ethical approval to run her PhD research experiment, which explores how movement during the sedentary working day impacts well-being. She believes this study could interest members of our Branch, especially those looking for a free staff well-being intervention to kickstart the new year. Could you help her with her research? Here's a quick overview of the study, and the flyer with more details: 💃 What: The 10-Day Move into Balance Challenge, part of my PhD research study. ❓ Why: Explore how daily movement impacts well-being in the workplace. 🖥️ Who: Open to anyone working in a sedentary, computer-based role. 📅 When: Starts January 2025, free to join. 💵 Bonus: Participants who complete the study have a chance to win £100!
