Twelve Years in a Row! A huge congratulations to Jesper Knudsen from our Compass Group Danmark team for winning the Danish Oyster Opening Championship for the twelfth consecutive year. With a record of 30 oysters in just 141 seconds, Chef Jesper continues to push boundaries while staying eager to learn.
