The entire Connection Crew team is deeply saddened at the passing of Angus Chisholm, who was laid to rest by friends and family today. Angus was incredibly talented and had a deep love for the arts — both onstage and behind the scenes. He was an actor, voiceover artist, crew member, stage manager / theatre technician, a trustee and former Technical Manager at the Finborough Theatre, and so much more. Angus touched many peoples' lives and was universally well-liked by everyone who met him. For those who might not have had that distinct pleasure, our director Warren wishes to tell you that, "Angus was the type of person who you called for the big things. He was always cheerful, lovely, kind, patient, and charming. I'm personally very saddened by his loss." This is a personal loss for many of the Connection Crew team. Having joined as a freelancer in March 2018, Angus worked with us for five years before moving to Brighton. Much of his time with us was spent as a crew chief. Another of our crew chiefs, Sherona Bailey, said of Angus, "regardless of who you were or where you came from, he treated everyone with the same level of respect and care." Angus was one of those rare and wonderful people who had a positive impact on everyone he met. His death is a massive loss to all he leaves behind.
