Our market-leading transaction categorisation engine helps organisations make sense of bank data, and our modern technology allows them to use it efficiently throughout the acquisition funnel and beyond. Our proprietary dataset is proven to split risk over and above bureau data alone, and also facilitates robust affordability assessments, income verification, IDV, and fraud prevention.

    We’re delighted to announce that we have successfully completed the acquisition of Aro Finance Limited. The integration of the Aro business allows us to expand into exciting new areas, namely secured lending through our new call centre operations, and embedded finance solutions with leading UK retailers.  This deal allows us to extend our data-driven approach to matching users with financial services products to new audiences and help even more people manage their financial wellbeing. This is an important next step in the evolution of our Group.   We welcome new colleagues from Aro and we are excited to support our lending partners, and retail partners, with new ways to deliver growth leveraging the considerable combined capabilities of ClearScore and Aro.

  • We believe that the combination of conversational AI and open banking data will drive tangible improvements in customer service to those customers who need it most. Historically, open banking as a standalone has struggled with adoption, especially in the later stages of the credit cycle. Businesses rushed to onboard an AIS provider, without effectively aligning the data to an I&E form, as well as not educating the end-users on WHY linking OB will benefit them. This is where Inicio's Budgie and D•One's summarised data insights come in.
